Important Information

Sandton Convention Centre Rules and Regulations will apply.

  • Please note that all stands have to be approved by the H&S compliance officer at the SCC.
  • Exhibitors with bespoke / designer stands must provide stand drawings / designs to the SCC Risk manager, Mr Ivan Verster,  by 12 January 2026.
  • The SCC terms and conditions will be forwarded to registered exhibitors. 

Exhibition Supplier

ScanDisplay:  Electrical plug points, exhibition equipment and shell schemes

Please note the following:

  • Orders to ScanDisplay and agreements with ScanDisplay do not involve SASCRS or the Organisers.
  • All costs incurred will be for the exhibiting company’s account.
  • ScanDisplay’s terms and conditions apply
  • SASCRS and the Organisers do not take responsibility for equipment and the delivery thereof, and are not liable for any undelivered orders.

Timetable

Build up12 Feb (24 hours only) – start time from 07:00

Drayage will be managed by the logistics company and Lethabo from ScanDisplay. Exhibitors must arrange their use of loading bays and off-loading times directly with Lethabo.

Stand builders of large stands will be allowed to commence with building stands earlier than those of small stands.

ALL exhibition stands must be clean and ready 07:30 on  13 Feb

Dismantling Period: 15 Feb from 14:00

Time to be completed will be advised by Lethabo from ScanDisplay.

Exhibitors needing more time to dismantle stands after the set time, must arrange it with the venue coordinator

The venue may charge an hourly rate after the closing time, which will be payable by the Exhibitor

It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to pack and remove or consign for shipment all items of value prior to leaving their stand

Opening Times

Daily 13 to 15 Feb – open 30 minutes prior to the programme (Refer to the Final Programme)

Exhibitors are obliged to ensure that their stands are permanently staffed during the exhibition period

Deliveries to the Organisers

Arrange for deliveries before 12:00 on 12 Feb 2026 to the Organiser’s congress office at the SCC

Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors manual with Terms & Conditions will be sent to registered exhibitors.

Exhibitors must ensure that they and their stand builders have read and understand all guidelines, terms and conditions

Exhibitors undertake to observe the timetable in respect of the building and completion of their stand during build up day as well as dismantling at the close of the exhibition

Please note that no activities may be held for the period of 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after the congress unless specifically arranged with Dr Ed Anderson, the President of SASCRS.

Ensuring that congresses and exhibitions of this nature are managed professionally and fairly, participating companies must follow the guidelines.
