Faculty, in three waves
Plenary keynotes first, then panel chairs, then wetlab instructors. Names are only published once travel is signed — never as a maybe.
Programme and wetlab places
Wetlab stations are capped well below the delegate count. Subscribers are told when booking opens.
Accommodation and transfers
Negotiated rates and the shuttle timetable, booked through this site rather than handed to a housing bureau.
What we will not do
- No more than roughly one email a month, and nothing at all in quiet periods.
- Your address is never sold, shared with exhibitors, or passed to a housing agency.
- Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.
- We will never phone you claiming rooms are almost sold out. Anyone who does is not us.
